Step 1: Think about the kind of experience you want
Not every group is the same. A bunch of friends might want to wander around and enjoy the sunshine, while a family with kids may need a slower pace and more interactive stops.

One of the biggest advantages of booking a private tour with me is that you don’t need to speak Spanish to enjoy the experience.
I offer all my tours in French, Italian, and English, so you can feel relaxed, understand everything, ask questions, and really connect with the place.
Because visiting is one thing. Living the experience is something else entirely.
Step 4: How much time should you plan?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, but here are some common formats:
- Express tour (2 hours): great if you’re short on time or visiting from a cruise.
- Half-day tour (3–4 hours): ideal for enjoying the destination without rushing.
- Full-day tour (6–8 hours): perfect for deeper exploration or visiting multiple locations.
We’ll also consider the season, weather (yes, the sun can be intense!) and the pace that works best for your group.
Step 5: How many people can join?
There’s no strict minimum or maximum, but it’s important to adjust the experience to the group size.
I’ve done private tours for:
